Building a brand has not been plain sailing — it has required patience, resilience, and a tremendous amount of drive. As I navigate the challenges of running Fitsarell, I’ve gained a deeper appreciation for the intricacies involved in launching a clothing brand.
One of the most critical steps has been finding the right supplier. It’s essential to partner with those who align with our values and can deliver high-quality materials. This meticulous process has involved extensive research and ongoing communication to ensure the products meet our standards.
Being involved in every aspect of the design process has also been vital. From controlling the measurements and fabric selection to ensuring the sizing and every detail that goes into creating each garment. I’ve dedicated countless hours to refining the t-shirts, striving to create pieces that are not only stylish but also comfortable and functional.
With no background in design or running a business, this has been a steep learning curve, prompting me to seek out resources, tutorials, and advice from experienced professionals. Every day brings new challenges, from managing inventory to effectively marketing the products. It’s crucial to remain adaptable and open to feedback, as the fashion landscape is constantly evolving.
